How often does the Shuttle leave from the airport?

The Darwin City Airport Shuttle Service (DCASS) services all major flights arriving to and departing from the Darwin International Airport.

How will I recognise your bus service?

DCASS is the only Darwin shuttle bus operator licenced to operate from the front door of the Darwin International Airport. Our busses are green and vivid, clean and professionally driven. After collection of your luggage from the baggage carousel take a few steps out the door and we are parked immediately to your right.

How do I book a shuttle service ?

  • Pre-book with your Accredited Travel Agent
  • Walk up to one of our friendly Bus Drivers and purchase a one way or return ticket.

DCASS accepts cash or card (MasterCard, Visa or EFTPOS), and will always issue you a tax invoice / ticket.

How far in advance do I need to make a booking?

It is strongly recommended that bookings be made 24 hrs in advance, particularly if you are flying out of Darwin on night departures. Our website will not accept bookings inside 24 hours.

What if I want to book after 8pm for a booking before 8am?

Please call our office number and listen to the message. A mobile number is available for a driver on call that night. Please understand that our drivers will only answer the phone when safe to do so and will not always have time to check messages. If your call is not answered, please try again later.

Which hotels do you service?

Darwin City Airport Shuttle Service, transfers passengers to and from all Darwin CBD Hotels and accommodation houses.

I have purchased a return ticket; can I book it online?

Unfortunately, pre-paid bookings cannot be made via our website at this time. Please contact our office between 8am and 8pm ACT on +618 8947 3979, and we will happily book your return transfer.

Are there car seats available?

We do not supply car seats, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Do you do group bookings?

Yes, please contact our office to discuss your requirements and the options available for your School or Group.
